Build the systems that let a lean team cover a whole city — from ingesting the public record to the workspace people use on deadline. You’ll work across the stack and ship to real users every week.
What we look for
- A willingness to do things differently — you embrace AI-driven development and rethink old workflows instead of defending them
- Fluency pairing with AI coding tools to move fast without lowering the bar for quality
- A product and design mindset — at our size these roles collapse into one, and you’re eager to drive product and design decisions, not just implement specs
- 7+ years building and shipping production software across the stack
- Care for correctness in messy, real-world data
- A bias to ship, watch real usage, and iterate
