With the Development Commission's recommendation secured, the rezoning request now moves to Columbus City Council for final legislative review and a vote City of Columbus · Accela Citizen Access. Before the ordinance reaches the council floor, city planning staff will finalize legislative documentation. If City Council votes to grant the rezoning, Arbor Homes will still need subsequent civil engineering reviews, site compliance permits, and final subdivision plat approvals before site work or home construction can begin.
