Investigators determined that the shooting in the 800 block of Gibbard Avenue stemmed from a domestic dispute, according to a Columbus Division of Police media release. Police identified the deceased victim as 25-year-old Indya Dickerson. Police reported that an unnamed second shooting victim is expected to survive. Officers arrested Houchins on charges of murder and felonious assault and booked him into the Franklin County Jail.
