Gateway Fence seeks storage setback variance at 2851 Lazar Road

Gary Nagle has filed a council variance to reduce outdoor materials storage setbacks from 100 feet to 10 feet on a 4.24-acre southwest Columbus parcel. The Southwest Area Commission reviews the request Oct. 15 ahead of city council action.
