CRG Starts Work on Two Warehouses at The Cubes at Etna
The 911,040-square-foot expansion includes a cross-dock facility and a rear-load building backed by 15-year tax abatements.
Developer CRG reported Nov. 4 on its project page that Buildings B and C are now under construction at The Cubes at Etna. The two facilities total 911,040 square feet near Interstate 70 and State Route 310. Both industrial buildings qualify for a 15-year, 100% tax abatement.
Building B is designed as a 750,120-square-foot cross-dock facility on roughly 37.4 acres, featuring 40-foot clear ceiling heights, 141 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 397 vehicle parking spaces. Building C is planned as a 160,920-square-foot rear-load facility on 10.28 acres along Schuster Way, offering 36-foot clear heights, 30 dock doors, two drive-in doors, a 185-foot truck court, 174 auto parking spaces, and 63 trailer stalls.
The two properties show differing leasing statuses across company disclosures. On its project website, CRG lists the 750,120-square-foot Building B as available for delivery in early 2027. A developer leasing brochure dated Oct. 20, 2026, designates the 750,120-square-foot Building B as leased. Nov. 4 trade press reports state that Building B is fully leased to Omega Morgan.
The developer's brochure shows Building C under construction with delivery in summer 2027 for the 160,920-square-foot facility. Pique Media reached out to CRG and Omega Morgan to verify the tenant agreement and associated employment figures.
