Andelyn Biosciences begins Columbus production of Sanfilippo gene therapy

Columbus CDMO Andelyn Biosciences has begun commercial manufacturing of FAYUVI, an FDA-approved gene therapy for Sanfilippo syndrome type A that originated at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Commercial partner Ultragenyx did not disclose supply volumes or contract terms.
