Columbus Council Votes to Reset Buckeye Yards Tax Abatements

Columbus City Council votes Sept. 28 to shift 10-year tax abatements for Buckeye Yards to 2028–2037 after site remediation delayed construction. The West Side logistics hub will deliver 4.1 million square feet near I-270, beginning with 1.8 million square feet across four Phase 1 buildings.
