Worthington Puts Citizen Referendum Threshold Amendment on Nov. 3 Ballot

Worthington City Council placed Ordinance 23-2026 on the November 3 ballot after 891 certified petition signatures surpassed the legal threshold. If approved, the charter amendment will peg future referendum petition signature requirements to 10% of turnout in the last municipal election.
