Second Columbus police officer relieved of duty amid Flock camera probe

Columbus Police have relieved 32-year veteran Stephen O'Brien of duty amid an audit into potential Flock license plate reader misuse. It follows the earlier probe of Officer Melvin Tellis and comes ahead of new surveillance limits taking effect Sept. 30.
