Arbor Homes Proposes 146-Home Brice Orchard Subdivision in Southeast Columbus

Arbor Homes has applied to rezone 43 acres of farmland at 3701 Brice Road for a 146-home single-family subdivision. The proposal is under early Accelerated Residential Review and will go before the Greater South East Area Commission and City Council.
